Processing Time
- All TIPZEE orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
- Custom or made-to-order sets may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods
- Orders are shipped via USPS or other major carriers.
- Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Standard Shipping
3–7 business days after shipment
Priority Shipping
1–3 business days after shipment
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- TIPZEE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at info@tipzee.store. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, TIPZEE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged items
We will review each case individually and work toward a resolution.
International Shipping
- International shipping may be available in select locations.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.
